salt, pepper and brandy) thinly sliced, served with honeydew melon,
dressed salad leaves and a lightly curried mayonnaise.

Grilled field mushrooms on sourdough toast, topped with a soft poached
egg, crispy pancetta and hollandaise sauce.

Pink grapefruit and Campari granita

Roast breast of duck with roast carrots & beetroot, gratin Dauphinoise
and a green peppercorn sauce.

Roast loin of pork with glazed apple, choucroute, fondant potatoes,
crackling and herb-scented juices.

Bilberry and apple crumble with toasted nuts and cinnamon, served with
fresh custard.

Gateau Lawrence, rich chocolate and almond cake with chocolate icing,
served with double Jersey ice cream and orange sauce.
