Avocado, melon and strawberry salad with toasted hazelnuts and
an
elderflower and tarragon dressing.

Roast fillet of beef served with wild mushroom and Parmesan polenta
with
hasselbach potatoes, glazed shallots and Madeira sauce.
Roast chicken breast with buttered spinach, pan-fried potatoes
with
pancetta, parsley and Gruyere and a tarragon infused sauce.
Red cabbage, very finely sliced and braised in red wine,
grenadine and redcurrant jelly

Tarte tatin, caramelised upside down apple tart, served with
natural yoghurt, cream or ice cream.
Butterscotch pannacotta served with cranberry compot
(Delicate Italian pudding of reduced double cream and milk infused
with
butterscotch and vanilla, poured onto caramel and set in a dariole
mould)
Ice creams served in a brandy snap basket or tuile basket
Double Jersey Vanilla, Death by Chocolate, Real fruit Strawberry,
Blackcurrant cream, Cappuccino and last, but not least Toffee Fudge
